I've always had exceptional service from all the staff here at b&r Eckels. I always recieve a quick, simple call from the receptionist or manager telling me my packages have arrived. When I pick the packages up they are usually larger objects and the warehouse staff happily load The stuff into my work truck with their fork lift which makes using b&r so simple it would be hard not to use them. The pricing on shipping has always seemed fair if not more affordable than other shipping companies.
