We had hoped that the sale of our rental property would be straightforward, but things got in the way. Kelly was amazing at helping us navigate the stumbling blocks, getting the property on the market as soon as possible after that, giving advise on how to make it desirable, answering all our questions, and then closing the deal. He was fabulous to work with.

Kelly Jones is the hardest working realtor I know and the only one I will use in the future. I have used a few realtors in the past who seemed to have a "put the sign up and and hope for the best" attitude. When selling our property, Kelly actively searched for buyers (as far away as Ontario!) and took care of every detail (including sending drone footage of our property to ensure the potential buyers had a birds eye view)! He made a very stressful time much less stressful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Great to deal with

Kelly was very respectful and offered a plethora of support to my 19 year old son that recently purchased his first home. Kelly made multiple trips an hour away to show my son homes, he was present during the home inspection, negotiated with the seller after the inspection was complete and he was genuinely happy for our son when he handed over the keys on possession day. We appreciate that he treated our son like any other client, not just a kid... We highly recommend Kelly!
