Buyer beware! This company installed my new fireplace in a new Laebon build. 3 years later, it became apparent that the carbon buildup in the fireplace (and on the siding and soffit outside) is not normal, and is due to a poorly installed fireplace (either incorrect oxygen mix, or incorrectly installed log). Their response? “If we had known within the 12 month warranty, we could have fixed it”. Apparently they can’t fix it after that, even though it is actually a fire hazard as installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

So impressed. Moved into a new place this summer that has 3 gas fireplaces. I have never had a home with a fireplace, and the limited experience I have had has always been with wood fireplaces, so I was lost. I had no idea how to adjust them and was too nervous to clean myself in fear I would do damage. We called Fireplace Connections based on recommendation by the manufacturer. So please. The two guys who showed up were so nice and polite. They cleaned all three very thoroughly. They even repainted the insides to freshen them up. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate all of the different functions and even how to do some cleaning ourselves (at my request). Very pleased highly recommend.
