We traveled through Canada and therefore bought a car. The only car insurance that accepted international customers was Intact (mediated from Freeman Insurance Agency Ltd.). However they have no efficient way to refund the balance to an international bank account. It was a tedious back and forth and after three months we finally got a cheque that worked out. The general manager of Freeman Insuarance Agency Ltd. stood up for us in this and regularly informed us about new developments. Without her persistence and reliable nature, we would probably still be waiting for our money from Intact. I would for sure choose Freeman Insurance Agency Ltd. again. The support was very good and uncomplicated. Thank you!
New office has lots of parking, easy access and spacious interior. The usual great staff seem to like their new 'diggs'!
This is a fantastic location for insurance and registration. I have always been very well taken care of. Lori is amazing and always gets things done very quickly for us.
