Had the one arm on my daily glasses go loose and I couldn’t tighten the screw myself so I took them in on March 21 2023 the gentleman that helped me out took a look and with in a few minutes fixed the bent bracket and tightened the screw with in minutes with no charge for the fix thank you very much again and I will be back !

By far the best eye appointment I've ever had. I have an eye "phobia" and have a really hard time with things near my eyes...they were absolutely amazing!! From the greeting to picking frames to the "see ya next time". I totally recommend Innisfail Eyecare Centre!

There is not much to really say. Except of the way I was treated was a wonderful experience. I was comfortable. Which does not happen much with me. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

All my glasses needed adjusting, my face changed shape (for better or worse). Even though they weren't bought from their store they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day and now they fit perfect. Really friendly and warm place.

Super friendly staff and really welcoming environment! It was an seamless first time for my 5 year old son.
The clinic is also very modern and clean! I overheard other staff members talking with clients and everyone was genuinely happy to be there… love the small town feel!
