I have banked at Servus Credit Union for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful Credit Union. I have dealt with several different banks over the years and Servus Credit Union is the only bank that pays me back some of their profits at the end of the each year.
My wife passed away in 2020 and their staff was so supportive in my difficult time dealing with her estate. Right from the start they agreed that I didn’t have to probate my wife’s Will. It took over a year too finally convince two other banks to come to the same conclusion.
I have my personal and business accounts with Servus Credit Union Innisfail.

Been with Servus for 7 years now. Not a single problem, in fact, found this branch to be stellar in every way. We're always treated well and looked after. I have recommended this branch to dozens who are desperate to get out of chartered banks, for obvious reasons. Thank you Innisfail Servus!

Would very much like to thank Heather and the people at Servus Credit Union. They have been most responsive during these unusual times and really went to bat for us with our financial situation. They were able to arrive at a very positive solution that was viable and effective. Thanks again for the great servus and consideration.
