(December 4, 2021, 7:54 pm)Very welcoming. Easiest tree cutting process I've ever seen. Just select your tree, give them a call and they have a crew that cuts it down for you and help you load it. This was our third time using their service and we always love the trees. It's a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
