Red Deer RV Parts & Service

They have a good selection of rv accessories, unfortunately, not the part I needed. They did recommend other places to look. I will go back again.

We were at the beginning of a 2800 km trip in our class C motorhome on Jan 2, 2023 and half to Red Deer from Edmonton at 7 am we discovered that we had no taillights and no running lights. Most businesses were closed because of the holiday and Canadian Tire doesn't work on motorhomes. They did, however, recommend Red Deer RV parts and service. A Google search showed that they were open. It is now 12:30 and they asked if we could wait a half hour for someone to be free...yes! thank you! They found the problem, AND fixed it in one hour! we were off schedule but sooo happy to be back on the road. Thank you to everyone there from reception to the great mechanic that fixed a tricky electrical problem without gouging some stranded travelers! I would come back here without hesitation!

I called a week ago looking for stock and pricing on a specific RV plug adapter. The staff were helpful but unfortunately did not have what I needed. They provided extra service and referred me to another company who could help.

Contacted Red Deer RV about obtaining a RV delamination epoxy kit. They had none in stock, but were expecting some in a week or 2. I asked to be put on a list so I could come from Calgary to pick one up. I received voicemail stating the the kits were in stock now and to please call them back. I called them back and picked up the kit today. Great Customer Service!!!
