Boardwalk - Parke Avenue Square

My husband and I have graduate degrees and were applying for jobs in other cities. So we knew this building is not a permanent residency for us. The unit was not fully renovated but was ok.
But from the first moment, Marie, the manager was there to offer us any help she could. I can not name them one by one. But she is truly a kind-hearted person. I am writing this review, not because I am worried that she charges me or anything. We have left Alberta but a person like her deserves to be appreciated and to be recognized not only for her work but also for her character. She went above and beyond to help us especially on the day of our moving to make that day as stress-free as possible. And all these were with zero expectations from her side. We lived in 3 boardwalk buildings and she was the best manager. I hope Boardwalk hires more people like her.

Staff at Parke Avenue are amazing. I always felt like they were going above and beyond for us. They are respectful and the are always on top of things and willing to help out in a quick manner. Their units are well taken care of and the ones that we rented out of where both fully renovated and in amazing condition. We never had any issues living at boardwalk with the staff being so prompt on resolving concerns. Although rare, if something stopped working they were quick to ask permission to enter and fix the problem. They have an online portal system to pay rent request maintenance, participate in online activities, and chat with a staff with concerns. They went the extra mile by doing continual landscaping. Maintenance were always outside doing clean up or other sorts of work. The Staff here work hard! Truly an amazing experience and we loved staying at Parke ave.
