In response the unhappy customer we emphasis booking well in advance; our best prices are designed to work with our efficient scheduling. This unfortunate lady was calling on a Friday from Calgary desparately trying to book portable toilets for her event being held the next day on Saturday during Stampede week. She had called every portable toilet business between Calgary and Red Deer and had added negative comments to most. We felt sorry for her and truly hope her boss went easy on her but we tried to explain that having us do the event, even if we were able to make last minute staffing and equipment arrangements, it would be cost prohibitive. When she called our sister company we tried to explain again but she was far too anguished to understand or listen. Again, we felt bad for this person and wished her luck. We remind our customers that if event restroom facilities do not meet provincial legislated requirements, Public Health officials may very possibly shut the event down until conditions are met.
