Went here to rent suits and get a skirt and jumpsuit altered for weddings - excellent staff, very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The tailors were very helpful and reasonably priced. Great turn around time!

I previously had a not so great experience with them but Laura contacted me and the owner also spoke to me and they were true to their word, they had it done the next day and the quality is fantastic.

More importantly: Both went out of their way to make it right and I’m a very happy customer. When I need alteration/tailoring, and I will, I won’t hesitate to come back.

Being from out of town, We had a tight time frame to get my daughters grad dress ready in time for pictures; I called them frantically, asking if they could help us. They were so kind and helpful squeezing us in and getting everything altered perfectly! I am so grateful for their willingness and ability too help this mama during a hectic and monumental time! Highly reccommend this company!

I have never really needed to utilize a dry cleaning service before, so this was my first go. A friend recommended this place and I was not disappointed. Knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service from start to finish. Great turn around time. Lots of communication regarding status of my item. Next time I need a dry cleaner, these guys will be my go to for sure.

I cannot speak enough good things about Classic Cleaners dry cleaning services and their amazing customer service. I had my wedding dress ‘cleaned’ at Ethos in Calgary after my outdoor wedding. My dress was so dirty. When I picked up my dress at Ethos it was if it was never even cleaned. They charged me almost $500.
I decided to take my dress to Classic Cleaners and they were more than willing to help me. Shanna, the manager, came to speak with me about the dress once she was informed about my situation. She was so kind and truly cared about helping me out by offering to clean my dress at a discounted price because I already paid so much at Ethos.
I cannot remember the name of the other lady who greeted me when I first came in and explained the situation to but she was also so kind and caring. Thank you SO much Classic Cleaners for doing such an amazing job cleaning my dress. Your exceptional customer service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot thank you enough.
