Shawn was fantastic to work with. We received a second hand hot tub and had no idea how to get it set up and running. Shawn discussed our needs with us and came by promptly. I couldn’t believe what a great job he did cleaning it up - far surpassed our expectations. The hot tub looked practically brand new. He found a small leaking issue but was able to figure out a way for us to start using the hot tub right away with a plan for repair in the future. He got all the chemicals balanced and gave us clear instructions for maintenance. He has even been so kind as to answer our questions and provide support on an ongoing basis as needed. We will definitely be relying on him for all our future hot tub maintenance and service needs.

Shawn did a great job! He delivered our hot tub in -25° C and didn't complain once! It was a really tough install and he worked super hard. Once the weather warmed up he came back and spent a whole day helping me get the tub set up and he fixed any minor issues that showed themselves. I would recommend buying a tub from Shawn to anyone! I saw an ad on facebook from Shawn who was selling a used hottub. We have been in the hot tub market for several months and so we knew what we were looking for. Shawn was very responsive to my facebook questions and we agreed to meet and take a look at the tub. We met at the designated time and he explained what he had done to reburbish the tub and took the time to explain all of the features to us. We made the decision to purchase fairly quickly and then it was time to deliver. We had to make some deck modifications. Shawn communicated with us throughout the entire process. Shawn took out our old hot tub and then installed (with our help) the new tub for us. He made sure it was fully hooked up and ready to go. We did not immediately fill it for we wanted to get the deck put back together. We were happy with the service and can not wait to get the tub going.

In my quest to purchase and own a brand new hot tub, I found and had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn at hot tub pros. He was quick and efficient and very helpful in showing me my options. Shawn asked me detailed questions about my reasons for wanting a hot tub so that he was able to determine which features and options would suit my hot tub needs best. Shawn was very knowledgeable in the differences between hot tubs and with my answers he was able to give me a few models to choose from. These choices all included the features and options that I needed and wanted in them, as well as made things much less confusing and overwhelming for me as a purchaser with hundreds of brands and features to sift through. Shawn came to my home for a complimentary site inspection and consultation and while there he created an amazing vinyl mat which was actually an overhead life size aerial view of the hot tub I had chosen. It was cut to the exact size and width of the hot tub and had the jet placement and seating arrangement included as well. This creative service was made to reassure me that the hot tub I had chosen would fit with ease and erased my concerns about that aspect. While he was at my home Shawn went over my electrical, and although he admitted he was no journeyman, he guaranteed me with confidence, that all electrical work needed for installation would be up to code and professional. Shawn also spent some time determining the easiest route of access and preplanned how to deliver and install my hot tub without any problems rising. My hesitation in purchasing a new hot tub came with being uncertain of the chemicals needed and schedule for maintenance. Shawn, also being a water purification specialist, assured me he would explain it all to me in simple to follow directions, calling it a foolproof plan of action for maintenance on my hot tub. He also made me an offer of coming out weekly to balance and treat the water for me, using his own chemicals if I still had doubts about my ability to do it myself. Delivery and installation included all of the electrical work and went flawlessly and I now have a brand new hot tub that works great and looks great. Everything was done with a smile on Shawn's face and the fact that everything was done by him alone, as one man doing a job made for more than one, thoroughly impressed me. I received an outstanding level of service from Shawn and he has gained my respect and trust completely with his professional, friendly and knowledgeable way of providing his customers with an answer for all their questions, reassurance for all their doubts and his relaxed outgoing personality, as well as his willingness to do whatever he can to make things as comfortable and as easy as he can for them. There was no forced obligation to purchase a hot tub from Shawn and to me that said much about him and his way of doing business. Shawn cares about his customers and their satisfaction and is highly focused on making sure all their hot tub desires are met without the commonly occurring pressure to buy that comes from some salesmen.
