Hot fresh food. Why not 5 stars?

There were MANY mistakes made for the food we ordered. We were so hungry we are what we got, but I wish it was made as ordered.

The store was clean and everything was running smoothly except at the counter for people that wanted/needed to order from the till. The employee in charge of the till continuously walked away to deal with other things instead of the customer that was waiting. There were more than enough people to deal with everything else. This employee needs to stay at his post. I would have given a 5 star review if not for this employee... sorry McDonald's 😞

The manager was outstanding.. awesome.. knowledgeable. He did try to get me to use the AP where they scan your phone? Uh uh... nobody scans my phone..

This is our favourite McDonalds of all time! I would normally never review a fast food joint, but we make a point to stop here every time we are driving from Calgary to our vacation property. The food is always so fresh! We had no idea that McDonald’s could even taste this good; it’s ruined other McDonald’s for us. It’s a lot slower than we are used to in Calgary, but WORTH IT! I seen other reviews say it wasn’t fresh, and it makes me wonder what time of day (probably night) they are going? We’ve driven there from 8 am to 6 pm, and the food is always hot and fresh. Very polite staff as well.
