went today to get fingerprints done. Didn't have an appointment and got told that it's done by appointments. One of the other personnel sitting beside the receptionist intervened and told the receptionist about cancelled appointment that was pre-booked.
appointment booked, payment given, fingerprints done and i was on my way out in 5 minutes.
