We had Mark appraise our home recently and would highly recommend him. Although there was some confusion on my part as to who the 'client' was in this process, Mark was very professional and helpful. I work in real estate valuation and Mark was very open to my thoughts which was quite refreshing. His valuation was timely, fair and reasonable even though the sale comparables he was working with were less than ideal. Wont hesitate to hire Mark again. Thanks!
