(November 15, 2020, 8:32 pm)I have been renting from Soul Property Solutions and I am very impressed abpout so many areas. The Red Deer staff are above average in the area of maintaining the buildings as well as the response time when one of the tenants has a maintenance concern. They are very personable and some have an awesome sense of humor. They treat their tenants in a very respectful manner. In all the years that I have rented from different managements, Soul Property Solutions is by far the best. Red Deer has been blessed to have a company as this.
