By far thee Best Rental company in my opinion. Flexible helpful, and friendly. When the owners of the unit I was renting decided to move back, Sun Country found me a new unit in the same building a couple weeks later. Smooth transition from one unit to another. They helped take care of the cleaning and arranged carpet cleaning at a reasonable cost.

Only thing I could say is if it’s not perfect service, it’s probably you, not them! They are Awesome!

I was a client of Sun Country Rentals for almost 3 years. Having rented from other property management companies and being extremely disappointed with the experience, I was hesitant in dealing with another property management company! I reluctantly decided to proceed with renting from Sun Country and can say that it was an excellent experience. All of the staff are professional, courteous and invested in their roles and providing good customer service. Don provided me different rental options when I first started viewing properties to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. They do regular maintenance of the furnaces, smoke detectors, weather stripping etc., and work quickly to get any issues resolved in a timely manner. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and I always felt listened to in my communications with them. They were very accommodating as well, by removing the in suite washer and dryer so I could use my own. My security deposit was returned in the allotted time as outlined in the Residential Tenancies Act also. If you’re looking for a property management company that genuinely cares about their properties and actually screen for good tenants, look no further as Sun Country Rentals will not disappoint.
