What a pleasure it was to have Tim take care of our upstairs fireplace issue. Not only did Tim show up EARLIER than scheduled, which is highly unusual in the trades, but he actually rectified our issue, while all the time, entertaining myself and my wife immensely (and there's no way that accent is English Tim lol, nice try)...unsurprising to me that a Welshman took care of business...Tim is the man you want taking care of your fireplace issues...thanks again very much Tim

Amazing would pretty much sum up our experience.
Vivian was delightful and helpful and accommodating, to schedule our two gas fireplace services.
Tim arrived 15 minutes early, which was wonderful. It took about an hour per unit, which could be good or bad I don't know. But what I do know is he left no stone unturned in cleaning, adjusting and checking each unit. His thoroughness to detail seemed exemplary.
Generally Tim was friendly, polite and professional, and his fee seemed very fair and reasonable for the service provided.
What more could a customer ask for really.

Tim is the only person you should contact in central Alberta when it comes to stoves and fireplaces. Had a few quotes to fix my chimney and Tim saved us alot of money. Won't go into details... Did awesome work. Also installed a new stove. Very happy with Tim's work. He is very honest and great to work with. Highly recommended.
