Amazing food. Service was very quick and our server made sure we had everything we needed.
We had the enchiladas and they were so good.
I felt as if I was in someone’s kitchen and they were cooking me authentic Mexican food. We will be coming back again!

Wow!! Just WOW! The service was amazing, the food is o fresh! You can tell it’s made right here. When I complemented the re-fried beans the waitress told me they make them fresh every day, you can tell! Prices are reasonable too. We will definitely be back.

Stopped by after a skate on New Year's Day. Great limited menu. Huge Portions. Excellent Service. Quaint. I gave it a 4 star rating because the drinks were Meh.... there was nothing special about the margarita. It was just a margarita. The location is outstanding. The food tasted very good. I feel they could improve on their drinks and food presentation to make their restaurant. Be above average in Sylvan Lake and Central Alberta. Let's get people talking about their signature drink.... Make it special...

Everything on the entire menu will be your new favourite dish, far warning though, you will experience deep sadness once your meal has come to an end due to the fact that there is no longer any of that delicious food left on your plate. The whole team at Carlitos are super friendly and the vibe, decor and music makes you want dance and drink the night away. But don’t forget the save some room for the amazing deserts on offer!!! Every item on the menu is pure bliss and your only thought will be when can we come back for more. So if you want the most authentic Mexican food experience this side of the border, treat yourself and your family to a great time.
