(January 13, 2023, 2:38 am)Denae was AMAZING with our challenge! At first we looked to sell our massive commercial building, but keep our business running (with a new landlord). She was very creative, sensitive to the special needs and worked so hard for us. Then 2020 hit and things changed fast! We decided to close the business and suddenly needed to find a renter or purchaser during the craziest of times. Denae jumped in, we pivoted, and she found us the PERFECT tenant and handled everything like a pro! This was far from a simple project, and she helped us so much! Forever grateful!!
