Sylvan Lake Park

Great park lots of things for the kids to do. Very very buy, our girls are big enough to do most things on their own, problem is bigger kids pushing past them almost knocking them down or off the play structure or doing unsafe things that they then try copy. I would recommend this playground for kids 5 and up unless it's not busy. I would also recommend that parents watch their kids while they play, A) your in public and kids get taken, B) so your child doesn't get injured or injure someone else's child, if your watching them you can correct there behaviour if necessary.

Sylvan is so close to Edmonton and it is such a good place to go. The lake is huge. Also I recommend you go to Sun of a Beach restaurant ans try their Hefe beer. It won the best beer in 2020 in Canada.

Ever since high-school Sylvan has been a go to spot to spend some quality time with friends and family! I love the cute little shops on the lakefront, but some of the stores are a little overpriced.

Other than that I always have great vibes at Sylvan. So many memories and more to create 😍

Wonderful family place for beach and water fun. Lots of places to eat nearby. Walkable and great for bicycling. picnic tables with BBQ stands. Lots of park benches looking out to beach and water. Camping and hotels are options for your stay. There is this wonderful hat store off the beaten path. Check out the store. Good selection and good prices.
