The team at West County were fantastic to deal with. I called about a part I was needing and they were out of stock but tracked one down for me within a couple of hours. 10 out of 10 customer service!!

After having no luck with local area companies, I called West County Pump about a new pressure tank.
Sonny and Ivan were amazing and very helpful in quoting and talking with me about what needed to be done and the best plan.
Dan was amazing on the day of install, was quick and efficient. Went above and beyond to make sure all the livestock water bowls worked after the tank was replaced.

The invoice arrived the next day and the price for work done was more then fair.

Very happy with the team from WCP. I will definitely be a return customer for any other well and water system needs!

Sonny and his team at West Country Pump and Filtration Ltd is amazing to deal with. I had a lot of questions about the water system, and they were able to address everything in a timely manner. I was shocked that they were able to get the water system up and running within 1 day also explained how the system works before leaving. They went above and beyond the scope of the contract. The price was great, and Sonny did not try to upsell me. I'm thankful and grateful to him and his team (Nick, Courtland, and Reid). Highly recommended.
