Far in away the best experience I've had in buying a vehicle. Gio was very straight forward when it came to business with none of the typical dealer pressure and his handshake and word essentially sealed the deal after the test drive.

During this time I was dealing with an insurance settlement and Gio stuck with me throughout the whole process always checking in and when the time came the price was very fair. We signed the bill of sale and a few days later it was on my driveway. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and customer experience overall, when it comes time for the next upgrade I know who to talk to.

Bought a car from Giovanni a couple of weeks ago. I can honestly say that he's the most professional, sincere, straightforward dealer I've ever met. No haggling, no pushy sales tactics, no shifty vibes. He was upfront, genuine, and friendly.

Went for a test drive, tracked mud and snow into his showroom (sorry!), chit-chatted like old friends, and closed on a handshake. A couple of days later he dropped the car off at my doorstep with a full tank and a spare set of summers.
