(March 13, 2022, 2:54 am)I was very excited to try this little bakery on my way from Drumheller to Calgary. I tried a chai latte, a strawberry macaron, and bought a macaron set (collection of 6 macaron flavors). The tea and single macaron were delicious, but the macaron set had clearly been sitting around for a while because all six of the macarons inside were completely hard and stale. They were also quite similar in flavor and I would not buy the set again or recommend it to anyone.
(February 15, 2022, 1:09 am)Ordered boneless chicken chicken (very tender 👍) and fries are delicately crispy. Food was very fresh and delicious. 😋
My only real complaint is that pastry products like cakes, macaroons, etc are too stale to be worth the big price tag. 😣
There’s room for improvement in managing the pastry area but other than that keep up the good work!
