WOW Bakery (Beiseiker)

I was very excited to try this little bakery on my way from Drumheller to Calgary. I tried a chai latte, a strawberry macaron, and bought a macaron set (collection of 6 macaron flavors). The tea and single macaron were delicious, but the macaron set had clearly been sitting around for a while because all six of the macarons inside were completely hard and stale. They were also quite similar in flavor and I would not buy the set again or recommend it to anyone.

Ordered boneless chicken chicken (very tender 👍) and fries are delicately crispy. Food was very fresh and delicious. 😋

My only real complaint is that pastry products like cakes, macaroons, etc are too stale to be worth the big price tag. 😣

There’s room for improvement in managing the pastry area but other than that keep up the good work!

This bakery is amazing. Lot of good cakes and drinks.

Amazing cakes! All fresh, full of flavours. Always goes great with a hot coffee as well!
