George was great - we purchased a townhome with no conditions, due to the crazy market. I still wanted a inspection after purchase just to make sure I didn’t miss anything, even though it was a 2019 build. George was able to find a few things I didn’t (not my first home by far, I thought I knew what I am looking at!)
I have a few things to correct before winter but my gf is now relaxed about the purchase - happy wife happy life!
