When our water heater died, we called several places. All were too busy or could only make an appointment days away. That meant days without hot water. When we called Cochrane Plumbing and HVAC he came when he said he would, and within hours had removed the old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. He kept to his quoted price, and was very careful about his work. He knows what he is doing and does it well. Highly recommend.

Recently my Hot Water tank came to its end so I called George at Cochrane Plumbing and Heating. He gave me a quote to replace it and a time frame of how long it would take. He arrived on time with the materials needed and exchanged my tank with speed and efficiency. He made feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. 5 star service.

George came out today on Christmas Eve at the time he said he would and got our hot water going again. Never charges excessive call out fees, this is 100% my new local guy!
