They definitely deserve the 5 star reviewers, I have been going to Impact for years and years never problems.I'm Reading some comments you guys complaining for fees and prices.Before then you sign membership you agree for all fees! You can't blame the aution house for the Prices,Fees and condition of vehicles it's Auction !Thanks Alex
