Completely blown away by how Amazing Howard was with our home inspection. He was able to fit us in, within a very short time frame and gave us an extremely detailed report. Howard went over absolutely everything in the inspection and explained how to fix the problem and how to maintain it for the future as well. You can tell by how Howard interacts with his customer he cares about the homes people are choosing to move into! Will highly recommend Howard to everyone and will definitely use him in the future if need be!

Howard is great, very detailed report. Large 100 year old house. He spent 3.5 hours going through it, the report came with photos and explanations' of what he was seeing and the what to expect for remediation. Heat guns, Sewer inspection camera, drone for roof and chimney inspection.

Not only did Howard put together a very thorough inspection report, he also included additional details and diagrams to explain the concepts and his recommendations clearly! He tagged all our water shutoff valves so we know which ones to turn off in the winter and added labels to our furnace and humidifier. Great service!
