The staff know their products very well, and when we encountered a small glitch in the carpet we ordered, they were quick to step in and make it "right". We purchased carpet, porcelain tile for a bathroom and luxury vinyl plank, and love the end result in all areas. We highly recommend Floor One.

Ismail was so helpful in assisting us with the different choices of luxury vinyl and carpet and professional. The installers were efficient and did an amazing job. It all looks beautiful.
