We are an RV dealership in Washington State. I need be able to identify model numbers on units easier by writing the info on the frame. The brightness of the colors makes their "wet erase markers" perfect for the job. Along with the fact they do not come off in the rain.
Two of the markers that I regularly use (they seem to have an endless supply of ink) developed openings in the seem of the tool where it is to be held. I noticed some color coming through. I called the company and without hesitation they jumped on the opportunity to send me new ones. I love the fact they are so aggressive with their customer service.
