Gloria and her team are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, so much so our little guy was having enough fun he didn't want to leave. The last time I took my puppy to pet smart she came back so scared and they said that they had to put a doughnut around her head because she was nipping at them, when I took her here she had no issues. I will definitely be bringing my puppy back again! -UPDATE
I just came back again and she's still very happy as I am, such a great service!!
