TST does a good job delivering my goods without accidents. Calgary warehouse experience is lacking though. Customer pickup/drop off point is untidy and poorly lit. When I drop my shipments I have to wave at passing personnel inside the warehouse to attract attention. Without this exercise you can stand outside for a while without anyone offering to help. A call button would be a welcome addition. The website is outdated and difficult to navigate for a person without specific knowledge of trucking industry terminology. Yard entrance is unmanned and you have to call a number and wait forever for anyone to pick up and open the gate. If you lucky someone with an access card will let you in if they happy to drive behind you waiting.
