KLS is a great place to work! The ownership was always fair, supportive, and focused on growing employees from within. As a young guy, with limited work experience, it was invaluable to have the opportunity to work around heavy equipment on a variety of different construction sites. I started as a laborer in April, and by August I had learned how to check grade, read site drawings, and run some equipment.

My first interview went well. Nice equipment. Truck push was pleasant. I'd be happy here.
Update, I've been working here for over a year now. Love the job. The people here are great! Equipment is very well cared for. You right up a problem and it's fixed the next day. And as a quad puller it's very important to me that there is release oil available at all times. And it is always there for me! People here treat you with respect and they listen to you if you have something to say. If you are looking for a job, and love to work with good people come on over!
