My husky has been going here since he was one! We would definitely recommend them! Ranch boarding is so great and we never worry about him. My pup goes twice a week to the Ranch and loves to play all day. Grooming is very handy to have while he goes to the Ranch so I know it's all in one spot. They also offer private walks and I would also recommend. My pup got some great treating and interactings during the day. They provide email updates through out the day and it's very easy to book every thing online. Thanks guys!!
We have been taking our 2 year old Shepherd here for several months now and wouldn't choose anywhere else!
It all started at the beginning of the year when the wife and I booked a 10 day vacation 6 months out. We had to find a place to board our puppy (not so puppy like but she needs the love like one) and since I work from home for the past several years she has grown accustomed to being by my side all day long. We had a long term (30+ year) family friend recommend Paw Butler and she won't take her dog anywhere else so we decided to check it out.
We met Levi out at the Ranch just SE of the city on a Saturday for a meet and greet to learn more about the place. He was super accommodating and informative about what the place was like for boarding and also mentioned the fields they rent out as well as talked to us about other services like grooming and puppy daycare they offer.
After meeting with some of the dogs and having a small adventure together in the super spacious yard (plus 4 other fields) Stella seemed to get along quite well with the dogs and she absolutely loved Levi (the human) so we decided to ease her into the boarding process slowly by taking her the 5 minutes outside the city once a week for puppy daycare.
Her first day they took pictures of her and sent us updates all through the day, including a "puppy's first day" blackboard with some cute facts like her first friends name and her favorite Butler. I thought that this was a first time experience and loved it, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEND PICTURES AND UPDATES!!
We love the service, and she loves it out there. Every time we pass the RV storage facility she knows where we are going and her ears get perky and her tails starts wagging.
All of the butlers there have been super nice and friendly, they know her by name and are waiting for us to get there and they get her corralled into the exit staging area when they see our vehicle approaching.
We couldn't be happier with the 5 star service we always receive.
10/10 would recommend to all friends and family and even random people we meet on walks and at off leash parks.
Adore these people ! Wouldn’t trust my boy to just anyone … they take care of each dog like they were their own.
my dog gets excited and goes right to the door when I say we are going to see the butlers & when we make the turn on the highway he goes nuts
I have used them for daycare as well as boarding, and field rentals and have never been disappointed
Highly recommend this team
If you love your pet then Paw Butler is by far the best option for doggy day care. The Large open fields allow for all the dogs to spread out and enjoy. Our pup is always so excited to visit!
I have only had great experiences with Paw Butler. The staff take great care of all of the dogs at the park, and treat them like they’re their own. The manager, Levi, is very kind and attentive, and I have witnessed him treat all the dogs who come to the park like they’re his babies - he wears his heart on his sleeve and never fails to show that. The owners, Shauna and Warren, are amazing individuals who care so much about all their clients and their pups. Shauna and Warren are very involved with surrounding communities of Paw Butler, and always offer help to those in need. I have heard of them taking in dogs who need temporary placements whilst their owners find safe places to live, or if the owners find themselves in emergencies - with no cost.
These low reviews are quite shocking as what I have experienced is nothing of the sorts. They are always attentive (especially to injuries), and are always watching for concerning signs.
They are hard working people, and very involved at the park as well. Thank you Paw Butler for always taking great care of my pets and for having the kind hearts that you do.
