I provided my senior parents with a personal computer that was not being used, I did encounter some difficulties setting it up to run properly for administrative controls and email syncing. Called Youssef @ Dr. Geek after 5PM on a Friday evening and he was able to make an on-site visit within the hour. Youssef was efficient, professional and very kind. Kudos to Youssef, you made my day! If you're looking for a go-to IT service provider, Dr. Geek is a worthy first call.

(June 8, 2022, 7:25 pm)As luck would have it my work laptop was in a horrific incident, and I was panicked and did not know where to turn.
My stress was more the files on the drives than the repair of the laptop.
I reach out to Youssef at Dr Geek, and he responded immediately to my concerns and went ahead quickly to retrieve files that where on the damaged drives.
Not only was he easy to work with, but also managed to retrieve ALL my files from a drive that was running when the Laptop physically crashed, and had great pricing.
Two things came out of this event
1) Purchase more cloud space &
2) I now have a computer professional for my new work laptop and business going into the future.
There is always a positive in everything.

My daughter was all stressed out that her computer all of a sudden stopped working, we called Dr. Geek from finding him on google. He had us drop of the computer that hour. Very personable, and professional. He had her computer working and up and running so my daughter barley noticed it was missing. Would defiantly recommend, and will use him for any other computer related issues we have. Thanks again Dr. Geek.
