When I have questions or concerns they always answer and are very professional. Even the trades have helped me with colour schemes and helping with design layouts of lighting and more. I wouldn't change home builders!! Being a first time home builder you have lots of questions and if a company like Grizzly Homes is willing to take the time and help as much as they can to make the best experience for you. If you are looking to build a new home definitely get in contact with them
