Thank you Helen! Convenient location just off Baseline Rd. Helen managed to get me in last minute and I wasn't disappointed. It was just the pampering I needed.

Helen is a wonderful massage therapist and an even more wonderful person! She is professional, wise and cares deeply for her clients. Helen is a very active person, running, swimming and playing bag pipes, as well as has many clients who are runners and triathletes. She knows how to fix up athletes! If you tell her "I've been doing a lot of hill intervals lately, and my ITB syndrome has flared up again, could you take a look?" she'll know what to do!
Very happy with my first appointment with Helen. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. A gem! Would highly-recommend.
