Want to quit smoking! Try this!! Highly recommended!!! Tara did an amazing job at creating such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I knew everything to expect before each session and with it being virtual that was very appreciated to ensure my space and environment was ready everytime. Tara spends the right amount of time getting to know you and is very professional, so you always feel comfortable. I really feel like I had the best “mental massage” I could have received! This session was refreshing and found it released me from stressors of my past and everyday life that I always struggled with and never truly knew how to let go of until now. I would highly recommend attending one of her sessions or at the very least chatting with her to see how she can help you with her therapy because it’s life changing and it works!!!
