An great venue for events and worth every penny too to ensure that this an continue to be preserved. A friend had it booked for an event so I went to help set up. I understand that scheduling a time to visit is important.

(April 6, 2021, 1:51 am)There are very few roundhouses left in Canada. This one is in bad shape. One third has collapsed, virtually all the rail has been removed, you can't go inside, and there are no other buildings remaining. The turntable is still present. It is worth seeing for rail afficionados, ad it gives a rare opportunity to walk around a steam era engine servicing facility, but most of the facility is gone.
