Helpful customer service when ordering over the phone. Wish all pest treatments were listed on the website like they are at other places so that you could order without phoning. Quality of hive boxes is questionable, we had to do quite a bit of cutting to assemble one of the boxes because nothing lined up and they would not give a replacement. Wish they had weekend hours for those that live out of town. Shipping rates are very high even for small items being shipped just an hour away.

Great place to buy everything we need to take care of our bees. The bee supply store staff is very courteous and helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Christy, a past commercial beekeeper herself, thanks for your help and knowledge of everything bee related. I'll definitely make this my number one Bee store

Cannot get better service anywhere for apiary needs! Christy is SO NICE and extremely helpful, along with everyone else who works there. It's a great place to get service!
