I called Cumby Insurance to have a change of address and City updated for my auto insurance. The young woman over the phone was Very Professional ,Polite and Cheerful. I smiled as we discussed the changes and was happy to to acknowledge her assistance as I was hanging up. This professionalism is the reason I came to the office as I was referred their by co-workers who told me that Cumby Insurance is the best in the city.
