Called a few places on family day since my hot water tank pilot was out and wouldn't relight...Gary called me back, was the only one who called me back, he troubleshot over the phone and was spot on. I suppose this is the way nowadays to thank him helping me out, thanks.
Great experience with Gary, was early and efficient. Personable and professional. Highly recommend. Gary had installed a dip tube on the hot water tank which needed to be replaced 5 months ago.
Update: Winter time hits and my 17 year old hot water tank has another part that fails. Rather then pour money into more parts, replaced hot water tank. Used Gary again and he had it done right away and was affordable in comparison to the competition. Was polite, friendly and efficient as well as very knowledgeable. Can't recommend enough.
