Cannot tell you how incredibly impressed we were with Tyler and North Face Mechanical. We were fully expecting a major (possible replacement) expense for our furnace. Tyler found a small problem hidden away in the furnace and was able to repair it quickly.

This was a $1300 repair with another company the last time our furnace broke down for this exact reason. Tyler managed to fix it and get it back running, in less than an hour, for a tiny fraction of the cost.

North Face Mechanical was excellent. They arrived early and quickly assessed and fixed my furnace. It's -30 out today so I appreciated Owen coming by early. Great service !!

Needed an emergency repair as my furnace quit the morning I was headed out of town. Contacted Ryan through a referral and he was fast to get the parts required and his technician came to the house and took care of our issue while I was on the road. Pricing was very reasonable for the service they provided, and after calling many other places first, they were the quickest to have answers and to be able to come fix our furnace. Our furnace was fixed and running like a dream within six hours of our first contact. They will be my first call any time I have any HVAC issues from now on.

Very professional and helpful. The lady that answered the phone was so personable and made me laugh. Both times I've had to request service, Dan came out quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. Appreciate this team, they know their stuff!
