Rod and Todd were extremely thorough and patient with all of the questions I had. They took the time to go over everything multiple times, and make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Rod and his wife were extremely thorough on the inspection of our home. He walked us through his processes as well as many of the individual aspects of the inspection while he performed them. Their report was detailed and made great recommendations to correct any deficiencies. They were very professional, and respected the space they were in as well as covid protocols. Very down to earth folks who will get the job done properly for you at a very reasonable rate.
