Curtis was very helpful, honest, accommodating and knowledgeable about the product in his store.
He helped us find the right mattresses to fit our comfort needs as well as coordinating products from other The Brick locations to be on the same delivery truck and delivered on the day we were hoping for.
I would highly recommend this store

I went in needing a mattress but not knowing what exactly I wanted. Shana helped me find the perfect mattress and I’m finally sleeping thru the night. She was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
In other stores I felt pressured to buy, or like I was some how inconveniencing the staff with my questions but that was NOT my experience here at all! I highly recommend dealing with Shana at this location, she’s the best!

BRANDON N, was greeting us, and it was Victoria Day. So we had even few issue with payments, and he was very helpful, and knew what we need. the store is calm and is not overwhelming you with sales bombs, so you need it...pillow , mattress... go here at this store is fantastic. We need a mattress in that very day, to have a victorious night, so it was a bit sour that they have no mattresses in stock, so we must wait 2 weeks. so as improvement if is tent sale, or long weekend , please fill Brandon with STOCK so we can go home and sleep well.
