Walk N' Brow

I’ve gone here for four years, always go to the same lady and she always has done a phenomenal job, she typically works weekdays but I needed my brows threaded badly for the weekend so went in on a Saturday. The lady working on the weekend threaded most of my thick full eyebrows off and then proceeded to not finish my other eyebrow. Really disappointed as I’ve always only had good things to say about this place. My advice only go during the weekdays if you want good brows.

I moved to Spruce Grove 3 months ago and my normal eyebrow lady is in Edmonton so I thought I’d look for someone here. The first few times I went I had the owner. She was great and did a good job. I just went and there was a different lady working. She completely butchered my eyebrows which have taken years of training to get where they are. Not only did she butcher my eyebrows she was the rudest most impersonal person I’ve ever met in my life. I’m not saying I will never go back because the owner is nice and does a good job but that lady has to go!! She spoke a total of four words to me. Hold hold, check them….no, thank you, no, hello… nothing. Pointed to the chair to sit, threw the machine at me and didn’t even bother turning it towards me or anything. I will NEVER go back there if she is working…. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Love going here and getting my eyebrows threaded. All the ladies are very nice and do a great job
