My mom, my husband and I lived in a very large house with a large yard. It fit us perfectly; until it didn't. We came to the realization in a short period of time that what was best for all of us was to "right size", and as soon as possible, prior to the winter months.

We had so many questions, and need someone who would be honest about the market, selling price, staging, etc. We had heard great things about Brian, and we were not disappointed. We hired Brian to leverage his knowledge and experience, and that is exactly what we got. We followed his advice, to the letter; and within 24 hours of listing, had a few competing offers, for much higher than list price.

Of note, we did do mail forward with Canada Post, however, we were not aware that it did not include parcel post. My husband is an army reservist and had ordered much needed items for his uniform for Remembrance Day. Brian facilitated contact with the new owners after the sale, and confirmed the package went to the old house. We were able to pick it up and we cannot thank you enough Brian, for going that extra mile for something that might be small, but meant so much to us.
