(October 5, 2021, 5:15 pm)The customer service is exceptional. I recently went to Cloud 9 Pajamas to find a sleeping mask for my wife. The selection at the St. Albert location was limited but they said they would bring in options from one of the other locations. They took my information and called me back twice over the next two days to keep me up to date on the process. I was impressed with their willingness to accommodate me for a relatively small purchase. I would recommend C9P in St Albert for anyone looking for great customer service.
