The tire centre seriously messed up the lug nuts on my one tire, then when they couldn't get the stripped lug nut off they told my husband "it was his problem to deal with, now". And left it with him to get fixed. Made me furious.
After several days of emails, phone calls etc the store manager called me to offer compensation for our troubles but the damage to the reputation was done...
